Stephen Wills - Technical Manager

Commissioning engineer for the supply of air quality monitors for the NSW EPA over a period of three years, highly commended by the NSW EPA hierarchy.

Performed AQM installations in Malaysia, Cyprus and Mexico and was seconded to Sithiporn Associates Ltd in Thailand for 6 months from July 1994. Stephen has worked in the ambient air and emissions monitoring profession since 1993 gathering a wealth of experience.

In Thailand Stephen commissioned a number of air quality monitoring stations and interfaced these stations to a central computer system and performed training for both hardware and software. Voted by the Department of Pollution Control (Thailand) as the most capable engineer they have worked with in this field.

One year at the Department of Environment’s Air Quality Monitoring Branch honed Stephen’s knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Stephen has completed a number of site audits on behalf of regulatory authorities and major industry.

Advanced IT plus R&D skills complement Stephen’s technical abilities.

Nigel Ball - Project Manager

Nigel has extensive knowledge of all facets of environmental testing with over twenty years in the analytical industry. Nigel has assisted many organisations with monitoring specifications and fundamental requirements in order to meet permit and best practice expectations.

Has managed over nine testing laboratories and project managed the analytical testing of samples for environmental parameters through a national network of commercial NATA accredited laboratories for major industry and government organisations. Nigel is presently co-ordinating international standardisation of air testing technologies for a testing organisation and specifying plus project managing significant international ambient & emission monitoring projects.

Paul Woods – EH&S Officer

Paul has a number of years experience with providing occupational sampling and analysis services in accordance with NATA, NOHSC & Australian Standard guidelines. His experience extends to performance of laboratory testing at bench and supervisory level for most air and other environmental regulatory methods. An approved fibre counter and assessed as an asbestos identifier further enhances Paul’s ability to provide a complete air occupational exposure service. These abilities have been put to use on a number of high profile projects in Western Australia.

Paul’s strong focus on project deliverables and commitment to deadlines makes him an asset for monitoring project delivery.

Nadine Treloar – Office Administrator

Nadine has been employed in the environmental services industry for 8 years. As a result of this experience she has knowledge of ambient air monitoring equipment and services required to meet regulatory requirements.

This experience enables Nadine to provide client feedback and reports in conjunction with the other Compliance Monitoring personnel for monitoring projects. Nadine’s long term exposure to the environmental community and service ethic make her a valuable team member.
